Bethesda Before + Forever After

A series of additions and thoughtful interventions transformed this starter home into a stunning showpiece. The spacious dining room, kitchen, and family room now flow out to the back yard for optimal entertaining and relaxation. The main staircase and part of the second floor were completely rebuilt to provide three bedrooms and baths on one level, with a reinvented primary suite gaining an office, bath, and roof deck. The first floor guest suite now provides a flexible playroom for the clients’ growing family, while new front and side additions accommodate a practical mudroom and entry spaces for modern life. Punctuated by a completely reimagined exterior design and lush landscaping — no stone was left unturned in this incredible transformation.
