Forest Hills Tudor
This Forest Hills Tudor-style home underwent a complete transformation with the design and construction team. Working on an extremely tight timeframe, the team navigated permitting, design, and structural issues to reimagine the kitchen, breakfast room, and family room. The cramped kitchen, breakfast room and pantry were combined into one expansive, stunning space with new windows to maximize views of the yard and a new opening to the kitchen to improve circulation and seating. An original garage became a sunken family room with doors leading to the pool terrace and a rear stair was removed and relocated to be fully hidden behind built-ins. All new finishes including custom millwork, tile, upholstery, and lighting polished off the renovated spaces as well as the surrounding rooms to create a beautiful, layered, cohesive result.
