Garden View Renewal

This North Arlington colonial needed sprucing up to suit the homeowners’ next phase in life. A new garden, the original focus of the project, grew to incorporate a spacious, light-filled addition to maximize views of the picturesque landscape. A series of closed-off additions were removed and the rear of the house was completely transformed with an expansive window and door wall for easy flow to the outside. The kitchen, featuring a hide-away pantry and abundant custom cabinetry, was enlarged by relocating the dining room to the new space — prime for indoor-outdoor entertaining. A sunny, vaulted-ceiling family room now leads to a rebuilt side deck oasis with a added pergola. New windows, siding, and paint throughout the home complete the renewal — ready for the next chapter.
