Rowhome Refresh

This stately Columbia Heights rowhome needed a big refresh to welcome its new owners. A number of design schemes were reviewed, which ultimately included relocating the basement stair to expand the kitchen and reconfiguring the third floor guest room into a private primary retreat. Working closely with the team at Cann Construction to keep the project on budget, high-end finishes were thoughtfully selected with the owners’ input. Custom built-ins were incorporated throughout the new spaces to maximize storage space and provide a personal touch to every room. The result: a refined, yet comfortable, home.
